1.About VeelPro & our role
- VeelPro is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent service providers — workshops, mechanics, car wash, detailing and the other vehicle services listed in the app.
- VeelPro's role is limited to the platform: we introduce the two sides and provide the technology (requests, offers, bookings and phone contact). VeelPro does not itself repair, tow, wash, inspect or maintain any vehicle.
- VeelPro is not a party to the agreement between a vehicle owner and a provider, and does not own, control or supervise the providers.
- Providers on VeelPro are independent businesses — not employees, agents, partners or joint ventures of VeelPro. Nothing in these terms creates any employment, agency or partnership relationship with anyone.
- By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms as a binding agreement between you and VeelPro. If you do not agree, please do not use VeelPro.
2.Your account
- Give correct information — your real name, phone number and city.
- Your phone number is verified with a one-time code (OTP) at signup. Never share your OTP or password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from VeelPro; we never ask for them.
- Keep your account and phone safe. Anything done from your account is your responsibility.
- One person, one account. Fake or duplicate accounts may be removed.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use VeelPro.
- Giving false information, using someone else's identity, or submitting forged documents is fraud: the account may be suspended and the matter may be reported to the authorities under applicable Pakistani law.
- You may close (delete) your account at any time from the app. Clauses that by their nature continue — such as liability, indemnity and disputes — survive the closure.
3.For car owners
Customers- Describe your problem honestly and share a correct location so the provider can reach you.
- You choose the provider yourself. VeelPro does not select, recommend, train, certify or supervise any provider, and ratings and reviews are the opinions of other users — not VeelPro's guarantee.
- A provider's "verified" status means only that identity documents (CNIC) were checked. It is not a certificate of skill, training, quality or honesty.
- Before handing over your vehicle, satisfy yourself about the provider — ask about experience, agree the price and the scope of work clearly, remove your valuables, and stay present during the work if you wish. That decision, and its outcome, is yours.
- You confirm that every vehicle you add or request a service for is your own, or that its owner has authorised you to act for it.
- Prices you see in the app are estimates until a provider confirms an offer or quote.
- Check the work and your vehicle before you pay, and pay the provider the agreed amount when the job is done. The service agreement is directly between you and the provider.
- Any loss you suffer from a provider's work — damage to your vehicle or its parts, a poor or failed repair, delay, or loss of items left in the vehicle — is strictly a matter between you and that provider. Your claim lies against the provider alone; VeelPro is not liable for it and is not a party to it.
- Any warranty or free-rework promise in an offer (for example "7-day warranty") is the provider's own commitment. VeelPro does not underwrite it.
- Cancelling a booking is governed by the tiered policy shown in the app at the time: within the grace period it is free, and the later stages shown there may carry consequences. Repeated cancellations after a provider is on the way may limit your account. A request that receives no accepted offer may expire automatically; you can republish it from the app.
- Give honest ratings — they help other customers and good providers. A false or defamatory review may be removed, and you alone are answerable for what you write.
4.Content rules & review
- Anything you post on VeelPro — text, photos, voice notes, videos, reviews and profile details — must be respectful and related to the service. Abusive or hateful language, harassment, nudity or sexual content, violence, and illegal or misleading material are strictly prohibited.
- To keep the marketplace safe, a service request or booking may be checked automatically and reviewed by our team before providers can see it. Most requests are published within seconds; a request held for review is published once it is approved.
- VeelPro may, at its sole discretion, decline to publish, ask you to edit, hide or remove any content that breaks these rules — and may suspend accounts that post such content repeatedly. When we ask for changes, you can edit your request and resubmit it for review.
- If you see inappropriate content on VeelPro, report it from the app. Reported content may be taken off the marketplace while our team reviews it.
- Media attached to jobs is kept only for a limited time after the job ends and is then deleted — see the Privacy Policy for retention periods.
5.Booking a workshop directly
Customers- Besides posting a job and receiving offers, you can book a time slot directly on a workshop’s own page in the app. Such a booking is confirmed immediately and is an agreement between you and that workshop. VeelPro is not a party to it.
- The price shown is the workshop’s own price. VeelPro neither sets it nor collects it — you pay the workshop directly at the time of service.
- A discount offer is the workshop’s own commitment. The discounted price is locked when you book, and the offer applies only within the dates and limits stated on it.
- You can cancel a booking or move it to another time from the app until the cut-off shown on the booking (set by VeelPro). After the cut-off the workshop may treat it as a confirmed visit and may charge you for the time it kept aside.
- If you repeatedly do not turn up for confirmed bookings, VeelPro may stop you from making new bookings. The rest of the app is not affected.
- If you choose to have the work done at your address, that address and your phone number are shared with that workshop so it can reach you. Please make sure someone is present at the chosen time.
6.For providers (partners)
Providers- Register with true details — your real business name, services, working hours and address.
- Before you can take jobs, your identity is verified with your CNIC. Submitting someone else's or forged documents removes you from VeelPro and may be reported to the authorities.
- You are responsible for your own tools, staff, taxes and any licence your work needs. You work as an independent business, not for VeelPro.
- By sending an offer or accepting a job you confirm that you have the skill, training, tools and any permits the job needs, and that you will perform it with professional care.
- You alone are responsible for your work and for any damage, loss or injury it causes to the customer, their vehicle or their property — including work done by your staff. Arrange your own insurance if you want cover; VeelPro provides none.
- Your dealings with customers are your own business risk. Non-payment, disputes, complaints, or court or police matters raised by or against a customer are between you and that customer; VeelPro is not a party to them and owes you nothing for such losses.
- Reach the customer on time and do clean, good-quality work. Quote honest prices — no hidden charges after the work starts. Any warranty, freebie or parts-cost estimate you state in an offer is your own commitment to the customer; honour it.
- Job alerts are sent by service type, availability and location. VeelPro does not promise you any number of jobs, leads, calls or income.
- At present VeelPro charges you nothing on jobs — no commission and no service fee; what the customer pays you is yours. The only paid feature today is storefront promotion. If VeelPro ever introduces a service fee or commission, its rate and method will be shown in the app before it applies to you, and continuing to use VeelPro after that means you accept it.
- Keep VeelPro jobs on VeelPro. Steering customers you got from the app off the app — to dodge its rules, its records or any future fees — can suspend your provider account.
- Refuse work you suspect is unlawful — for example a vehicle you have reason to believe is stolen — and report it. Knowingly taking such work removes you from VeelPro and is reported to the authorities.
- Cheating, fake jobs, or rude behaviour can remove you from VeelPro.
7.Teams, staff & branches
Providers- If you run a business on VeelPro, you may create staff accounts (managers and workers) by giving each employee's name and phone number. By submitting an employee's details you warrant that you have obtained that employee's consent to share them with VeelPro and to their processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
- If the employee is not on VeelPro yet, an invitation is kept against their phone number, and their staff account starts when they sign up and verify that number.
- Staff accounts have a limited scope: workers see only the jobs assigned to them, and managers act within their branch with the permissions the business owner turns on or off (such as viewing earnings, sending offers, assigning jobs and managing availability). VeelPro may process staff activity — job assignments, completions and performance statistics — to run these features.
- If your business has more than one branch, each branch's data — its location, jobs and earnings — is visible to you as the business owner and to VeelPro administrators, including each employee's job counts and the revenue attributed to them.
- Your staff work for you, not for VeelPro. VeelPro is not the employer of your staff, does not pay their wages or benefits, and is not a party to any employment relationship — salaries and terms of work are strictly between you and your employees. You alone answer for your staff's conduct on a job. Staff members' personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and is visible to their business owner and to VeelPro administrators.
8.Your storefront, offers & promotion fees
Providers- A storefront belongs to one branch, is shown to customers only after VeelPro approves it, and may be suspended or removed if it breaks these terms.
- You decide which services are bookable, on which days and hours, at your workshop or at the customer’s address, and how many cars you can take at a time. Because you set this yourself, a booking made inside it is confirmed automatically and you cannot refuse it. If you genuinely cannot serve a booking, contact the customer and cancel it from the app; repeatedly failing to serve confirmed bookings may cost you your storefront.
- Service names come from VeelPro’s catalog. The price, duration, description and photos are yours and must be accurate. A discount offer must be a real reduction from your listed price; misleading prices or offers may be rejected or removed.
- Every logo, banner and gallery photo must be your own or licensed to you. You are responsible for what you upload, and VeelPro may review, hide or delete it.
- Promotion (Featured, Boost, Featured Plus) is paid in advance. Nothing switches on until VeelPro confirms your payment. The fee buys placement in the app for the stated period only — it is not a promise of any number of views, calls, bookings or income.
- Promotion fees are non-refundable once the placement has started. If your storefront is suspended or removed for breaking these terms during a paid period, the remaining time is forfeited. If VeelPro cannot start a placement at all (for example every place in your city is taken and you do not wish to wait), the payment is returned.
- Places are limited per city. VeelPro may accept, refuse, waitlist or end a placement, and may also grant a placement free of charge; a free placement carries no additional rights.
- You collect payment for the work from the customer directly. VeelPro does not take a commission on a storefront booking at present; if that ever changes, you will be told before it applies to you.
9.Payments & refunds
- The customer pays the provider directly when the job is done — in cash or as the two of them agree. VeelPro is not the seller of the service, does not collect the price of the work, and does not process service payments online at present.
- If there is a problem with a job, report it in the app within 48 hours. We may, at our discretion, look at both sides as a goodwill step — but this is not a guarantee, and the dispute remains between you and the other party.
- Payments for work are between you and the other party; VeelPro cannot refund money paid outside the app.
- The only money VeelPro charges at present is the storefront promotion fee paid by workshops (see the storefront section): it is paid in advance, it buys placement in the app only, and it is non-refundable once that placement has started. If VeelPro ever introduces online payment, a service fee or any other paid feature, its terms will be shown in the app before they apply to you.
10.Our role & legal limits
- VeelPro is only an introduction platform. The service contract is strictly between the car owner and the provider; we are not responsible for the work itself, its quality or timing, or any damage, loss or injury arising from it.
- You use VeelPro on this clear understanding: the customer bears the risk of any loss caused to them or their vehicle by a provider, and the provider bears the risk of any loss, claim or legal action arising from a customer or from the provider's own work. Each side's remedy is against the other side only — not against VeelPro.
- Any disagreement about the service, price, payment, quality or conduct is strictly between the car owner and the provider, and you are responsible for sorting it out between yourselves. VeelPro is not a party to it and is not a judge, guarantor or insurer of the other side.
- You agree not to make VeelPro a party (as a defendant or respondent) in any complaint, suit or proceeding between a customer and a provider. If VeelPro is nonetheless dragged into such a matter, the party who joined it without a valid claim against VeelPro bears VeelPro's legal costs.
- The app and the platform are provided "as is". Our verification is limited to checking identity documents; it is not a guarantee of any provider's skill, quality, availability, prices or conduct, and VeelPro gives no warranty of any kind about any provider or customer.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, VeelPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees (if any) you actually paid to VeelPro for the matter concerned.
- VeelPro is not liable for interruption or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control — network or power failure, internet shutdowns, government action, strikes, unrest, or natural events.
- Nothing in these terms removes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law — such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud — and nothing here takes away the rights you have under Pakistan's consumer-protection laws.
- You use VeelPro at your own risk and agree to indemnify (cover) VeelPro — including its reasonable legal costs — against any claim that results from your own actions, your work or service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
- We may suspend, limit or remove any account at our discretion to keep VeelPro safe and fair — for example for fraud, abuse, or repeated complaints.
11.Safety & responsibility
- Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their own work. VeelPro may help resolve disputes as a goodwill gesture but is under no obligation to, is not the workshop, and does not supervise or control the work.
- VeelPro is not an emergency or rescue service. In an accident or a road emergency, call the official emergency services first (such as 15 or Rescue 1122).
- The app may show contact numbers of towing and recovery companies as a free convenience. These companies are not VeelPro providers: VeelPro does not verify, recommend or answer for them, and earns nothing from them. Calling one and anything that follows — price, service, any damage to the vehicle — is entirely your own arrangement with that company.
- If something goes wrong, report the job as disputed in the app and describe the problem. As you arrange and discuss jobs by phone, keep your own record of what was agreed — it helps us look into a complaint and protects both sides.
- Treat each other with respect. Harassment, threats or violence lead to immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
12.Our app, brand & acceptable use
- The VeelPro app, name, logo, design and catalog content belong to VeelPro. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose — nothing more.
- Do not copy, scrape or resell platform data, reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Content you upload remains yours, but you give VeelPro a free licence to host, process and display it in the app so the service can run — including showing your reviews and photos to other users where the feature does that.
- Misuse ends this licence and may end your account.
13.Your data & privacy
- We collect the information you give us (name, phone, vehicles, addresses) and your location during a job, to run the service.
- Your phone number is shared with the other party only when a job is confirmed between you.
- We never sell your personal data.
- How we collect, use, share and protect your data — and the rights you have over it — is explained in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14.Changes, law & disputes
- VeelPro may change, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. The updated version applies from the moment it is shown in the app, and by continuing to use VeelPro after that you accept it. It is your responsibility to check the latest version and date shown above.
- We may also change, limit, pause or stop any feature, the service fee or commission, or the whole service at any time, without being liable to you for doing so.
- By tapping to accept and using the app, you agree to these terms electronically. Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, this electronic acceptance is as valid as a signature on paper.
- If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, only that part is read down or removed; the rest of the terms stay fully in force.
- These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VeelPro about the platform. If we do not enforce a clause today, we do not lose the right to enforce it later.
- If you have a problem, please contact us first through Help & Support so we can try to resolve it fairly. Most issues can be settled this way.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute that cannot be resolved between us is subject to the courts at Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Questions? Contact us from Help & Support in the app, or email support@veelpro.pk.
