    The workshop picks services from the same catalogue the app runs on and sets its own price and duration. The names stay central, so one search finds every shop that does that exact job.

  • Booking that is actually booked

    Pick a slot and it is confirmed on the spot — the workshop cannot reject it afterwards. Its control sits upstream: which services it lists, which days it opens, and how many cars it takes at a time.

  • At the shop, or at your door

    Every service says where it can happen — in the workshop bay, at your address, or either. You pick when you book, and the address is locked into the booking.

  • Offers with a real limit

    A workshop can run a promo price with an end date and a fixed quota. When the quota is used up the offer closes by itself, so a discount means something.

Booking costs the customer nothing. A workshop can pay to be featured in its city — that changes where it appears, never the price you pay.

What does it cost to get quotes?

Nothing. Posting a request and receiving quotes is free. You pay the provider directly for the work, and cash is welcome.

How are providers verified?

Every provider submits identity and business documents that our team reviews before the profile goes live. Ratings from finished jobs keep the quality visible after that.

Can I talk to the workshop before deciding?

Yes. Once quotes arrive you can call any provider straight from the app — discuss the job, then decide.

My car broke down on the road. Can VeelPro help?

We list tow and roadside operators for your area so you can call one straight from the app. VeelPro does not run tow trucks itself — the directory just saves you hunting for a number.

Can I book a workshop directly instead of asking for quotes?

Yes. Workshops with a storefront publish a price menu, and any service they have opened for booking can be booked on the spot — you pick a slot and it is confirmed immediately. Quotes are still there when you would rather have workshops compete on price.

Does a booking cost me anything?

No. Booking and quotes are both free for customers — you pay the workshop for the work itself. Workshops can pay to be featured in their city, which changes where they appear in the app but never the price you are quoted.

How do I join as a service provider?

Register as a provider inside the app, upload your documents, and start quoting on nearby jobs once you're approved. Businesses can run multiple branches and team members.
